Eligibility:

1. A minimum of 80 percentile in the board exam was required for the candidate to be eligible for a scholarship in diploma admissions. The candidate must have passed the Std X from a Gujarati board that is recognized.
2. Candidates must have passed the Gujarat state board’s Grade XII Science/General stream with a minimum of 80 percentile to be eligible for scholarships in bachelor’s degree programs.
3. For students pursuing a diploma, passing the diploma level test with a minimum of 65% from an accredited Gujarati university is the minimum requirement for eligibility to participate in the program.
4. Only candidates whose parents earn less than Rs. 6,00,000 annually would be deemed qualified for the aforementioned program.
5. The income certificate is valid for three fiscal years from the date of issuance, as approved by the State Government. For the next three fiscal years, an applicant in possession of a valid income certificate is therefore spared from having to provide one.
